Here at Rio Tomatlán we pride ourselves in serving you authentic Pacific coast cuisine prepared with the freshest, locally and seasonally grown ingredients. Our imports include a vast selection of authentic ingredients, our spices, cheeses, and bottled mexican sodas. Aside from our imports everything is prepared fresh here and made from scratch. Most of our items are gluten free and vegetarian or vegan friendly. Enjoy our authentic pacific coast cuisine from the recipies we have stolen from our abuelas!

He will take the reins on this one and i "Rafael" will be his gunman on this one. Our Friend Abel Gonzales of Skurnik W**es convinced Asa to come up with a most deserved w**e pairing some of best w**es in the area with a hint of Rios spice cabinet...to start: Ajo Blanco . scallop ceviche. green apple. cucumber. almond .
