Hello to all of our customers and friends! First off I just want to thank you all for supporting us from the very beginning. Opening Chapala Express has been an amazing journey, that allowed us to meet new people, cook some great food, and most importantly make new friendships. We wanted to communicate that we will be closing our doors due to retirement. Although we’re sad to leave the canby community we’re excited to announce that we have sold the business to some close friends of ours. They will be reopening soon under a new name - “Camila’s”. Please be patient as they prep to open and convert everything over to their name. We hope that you’ll stop by and try out their food, you’ll notice that they have some of the same menu items, along with some new additions. Thank you for all of your support over these last couple of years. We will miss you Canby!
