This is something that's been in the works for a while! At Perry County Grows we're doing our best to make it easier to eat healthy. What could be easier than a produce subscription box!!!

Happy Monday! We are starting a new program (probably $25/per week). You choose a program that works best for you (weekly or bi-weekly) that gives you 6-8 seasonal vegetables, greens or herbs, along with recipe cards to help you prepare unique offerings. You can also choose add-ons: eggs, bread, meat - if you wish. Could you send a message with your interest to help us decide what to do and interest level?

Hey, everyone!!! I wanted to give a quick update while I'm running around today. There will be no Hot Lunch from me this Saturday. I have a family event that I can't miss!

My cold case is also looking a bit bare because I've been working on expanding my grab and go meal options for those with dietary restrictions and that takes a good amount of my time in research and testing recipes...

Next week should be looking way more full as I ease into this new routine. I'll keep you updated as I make new things! As of right now there are still many of my offerings in the freezer section of soup and other meals!!!

Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see more of in the future or what you'd like me to bring back!!!

Don't forget to check out what we've got stockpiled in the freezer!!! I moved the soups towards the back and the freezer meals and meats to the front. If you missed a Saturday special this is the place to check if there was extra!

I've got cashew chicken for lunch today!!! Posting super late because we've been so busy with burger week, lol. We're still open until 4pm. This will be available in the cold case and/or the freezer next week!!!

Come out and try Carrie's burger!!! We were hopping in the kitchen at Perry County Grows yesterday!!! Michelle handling the counter, Carrie on the grill, Mindy putting together burgers, and Ruby making more fresh buns!!! I am so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team. 💓💓💓

IT STARTS TOMORROW!!! Here's my schedule for this week, ill post next week's schedule this weekend!
Ill be serving my burger starting at 11:00 at Perry County Grows in Cannelton.

I didn't get enough pictures of the prep on these, but my vegan fajita bowls turned out really well!!! They were made with easy eating in mind, so no major crunch (unless you eat this with chips!) so your teeth are safe. I only have a couple left in the cold case, so if you'd like to try them come in and grab it!

Y'all, I am so behind in posting what I've been making, lol. This Roasted Broccoli salad has a chickpea topping and can be eaten cold or heated up a bit in the air fryer and enjoyed that way. Comes with a date and lemon dressing.

$6 per salad
$1 for extra dressing
$2 to add pulled lemon chicken
