Exciting news: The Alchemist Baker is officially open! 🥖🎉

My journey in the baking industry began as a hobby and quickly evolved into a passion. For the last two years, I have served as an Assistant Baker under the incredible guidance of Ambreen. I am deeply grateful for the trust she placed in me; her mentorship polished my skills and gave me the confidence to take this next major step. Ambreen, thank you for being an exceptional leader and a true sister in the kitchen.

To my community, family, and friends: thank you from the bottom of my heart for your endless support. We can’t wait to welcome you all through our doors!

What started as a professional relationship became one of the greatest blessings in my life. You joined as an employee, but through your dedication, loyalty, kindness, and unwavering support, you became family.

Thank you Rhesa Cee for your dedication, your laughter, and for always being there through both the busy days and the difficult ones. Life has a beautiful way of bringing people together, and I am forever grateful that our paths crossed.

What started as a dream, 5 years ago, became something far more beautiful than I ever imagined. Over these years, this bakery became a place filled with warmth, laughter, and lots of love. I had the privilege of creating cakes and pastries for some of the most important moments in your lives like bridal showers, weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and every celebration in between.

But the most special part of this journey has been the relationships. The familiar faces who walked through the door week after week, the conversations across the counter, the families I watched grow, and the customers who became friends. Those connections are something I will treasure forever.

My official last day is ❤️Saturday, May 30th ❤️and I would truly love the chance to see many of you one more time. If you’re able, please stop by the bakery so I can thank you in person for being part of this journey. It would mean so much to me to say goodbye and share one last sweet moment together before I relocate to California!
