Thanks to everyone for supporting the BBQ event hosted by Thrive 915 Festivals & Events. Economy Wholesale Grocers Cash & Carry It was an awesome experience, all in support for the West Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

We came in 1st place on ribs!! And, we'll be back to get us a 1st place on the other categories!

We're lined up with the other competitors getting ready for Thrive 915 Festivals & Events Low & Slow BBQ and Car Showdown tomorrow, going on from 11-7, at 411 N Zaragosa.

Come on out to Economy Wholesale Grocers Cash & Carry - which, if you don't know, HAS NO MEMBERSHIP FEE and it's LOCALLY OWNED by some pretty lovely people!

There will be vendors and food trucks a plenty, awesomely taken care of rides and admission is only $5, that will go towards the Alzheimer's Association West Texas Chapter

The Bucko's Wagon has been out-n-about and we'll be packing up and heading to the lower valley to participate in the April Fool's Low and Slow BBQ Competition and Car Show - April 2nd, 11-7, at Economy Wholesale, 411 N. Zaragoza.

Come on out and get ya some Q, check out other local vendors and see some awesome cars, all while supporting the Alzheimer's Association - tickets are only $5!

Howdy Y'all, this is the most unfortunate post we've ever had to make.

We are heartbroken to say that due to circumstances beyond our control; we are closing up shop. 🥺

⭐ Please come join us for one last hurrah, tomorrow, and help us go out with a bang and heads held high for the future. ⭐

Catering is still on the table so, please pass that along and remember us when ya need some good ole Texas BBQ for your events.

We have a lot of emotions invested in Bucko's and don't want to see her be gone forever. We will be brainstorming what the future looks like and will keep y'all posted.

We appreciate each and every one of you that stopped by, shared in conversation and supported us in our love of smoked meats. And, to our weekly faces - we're sure gonna miss you; your endless devotion and support is the only reason we made it this far! Thank you for being amazing people that made it awesome to be here. ❤️‍🔥

It's Friday & almost Bucko's time y'all!

We're tending the fire, getting the meaty goodness and veggies goin on their overnight smoke for your taste bud enjoyment tomorrow.

We're doin' PULLED PORK in sandwich or taco form or ya can grab a pound or two and whip up some Bucko's rolled tacos or quesadillas at home!

Take a Saturday off from cooking and grab yourself a Bucko's Family Feast for $59.95 (feeds 4+) served with 1/2 lb of Brisket, 1/2 Chicken, 1/2 lb Sausage , 1/2 rack spare ribs, 4 large sides, bread and all the fixins.

Don't think you can handle a Feast? We sell all of our meats by the pound or in sandwich form and have dinner and combo plates too! Pre-ordering is both available and advisable 915-243-3040.

We're loading up for a big weekend of smoking y'all up some juicy, meaty goodness and sending out that friendly reminder to those that missed out on our DINO RIBS last week to get on the list so, GET ON THE LIST!! We will have PULLED PORK this Saturday: sandwiches are 8 bucks, 11 for 1/2 pound & 20 for a pound of the goodness.

And, for those that aren't aware- a dino rib is a 1.25+ pound, fall off the bone, smoked to perfection beef rib. These big beefy bad boys are ready to test your jaw opening capabilities and fill that mouth with well over a pound of the juiciest smoked beef you've ever had in there!
