My different breads 🍞 paired excellently with my beer! My little kitchen will also be a little Bakery, baking fresh breads, especially rustic beer breads. My beautiful crusted and savory rustic beer bread pairs excellently with several types of beer. I paired it with my Tepache Ale. I'll have these breads with olive oil dipping sauces.

Red, White & Brew was a tremendous success! ..but more than that, it accomplished exactly what it set out to do: inspire. The mentors and the passion they have. They care deeply.

Seeing it all come together tonight was something special. Watching the kids light up with excitement and take so much pride in what they created was the best part of the evening. That's the kind of impact that lasts far beyond one event.
Cheers to giving back, inspiring the next generation, and reminding others that passion is even more powerful when it's shared. I'm so proud of our team led by Chef Morales. 🍻❤️

Happy 12 year Birthday Sun Brewing!! Here are some fotos... just random over the years but in no way can convey the 12 years. I'll be Grillin and Chillen this weekend celebrating the 12 years all weekend long.

Big special thanks to all the people who stuck with me over the years and many of you since day 1!

The Sun Brewing Army isn't big but it's die hard, all the way... thank you all for everything.

FIFA World Cup action going on... USA 🇺🇸 winning! This FIFA World Cup action pairs excellently with my World Class Beers from around the World!

I also got my Beer Bread 🍞 that's very much like Wonder bread! This bread has Jelly ❤️

I also have arroz con leche! This pairs excellently with my malty brews and my stouts!! You can also wash it down with a lager.

I love the commentators! I remember Alexi Lalas back in 1994 World Cup, the Americans looked like a bunch of Punk Rockers! Lalas and Balboa and orhers... then you looked at the rest of the world like the Germans, looked like business executives and machine like. That was probably the last great team but this year's team looks really good ❤️

It's been my policy and belief since day one over 12 years ago. Come as you are. If you're homeless or lost your job with no money, you can always come to Sun Brewing for a hot plate with no questions asked. I know what it's like to be down and out, it's not a hand out, it's a hand up.

I grew up on TV tray dinners and I got them free for anyone who needs a helping hand. This has always always had this philosophy. The problem is that I've talked to homeless and they love their dumpster so trying to convince the homeless to come inside for a hot meal is difficult.

I love TV tray dinners, it's comforting to me. It's my memories but it's also my way of giving back what little I can. It's not much but it's something.

Hoping to spread the Love and it's contagious.

My team for EPCC. Chef Morales has become more than a teammate, a friend too. I couldn't be happier to be apart of all this. Chef Morales told me that I could advertise at the college for employees, what a great gesture.

Today, I brought him some of my chicken and bread. I hope he and others like it, I'm always looking for feedback from talented chefs. Sun Brewing will be baking intensive. I'll be making that bread everyday.. from tortillas to my version of Wonder Bread. I even have secrets up my sleeve for when I open my kitchen officially.

I'm within a couple weeks or so of my kitchen being open. It's taking some time because I keep dishing out thousands of dollars for entirely new inspection lists from the city. I'll get thru it.

I hope these young college students find their passion in all this. It's the bubblies that did it for me besides drinking a beer. Nothing greater than seeing the divine transformation with beautiful bubblies during fermentation.
