The short version: Thank you for celebrating 4️⃣ years with us!

The long version: I am flattered when someone says I am an entrepreneur or a chef, but really I am just a tryer. I went from being burnt out in healthcare to going back to school at 30 years old, hoping for a more creative life. To look back on opening day 4 years ago... man, what a mess. A food truck ordered but never arrived. A rush ordered canopy. One working crepe griddle. And 3 gallons of crepe batter (and my pride) on the pavement. But I just kept trying, and God took care of the rest. Trying to tow a trailer, trying new recipes, trying to navigate taxes, trying to hold up in the summer heat pregnant. This food truck was built on never getting it right the first try and a whole lot of help. Thank you for being with us through 4 years of trying. I cannot express my gratitude enough for believing in this little blue dream.
