We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support the launch of the new Summer Menu at Channel Marker 243 last night - and the weekend isn’t over yet! From familiar faces to first-time guests, the energy in the restaurant made this kickoff unforgettable. Thank you for showing up, sharing your excitement, and helping us welcome Executive Chef AJ Barr to the kitchen.

Start with our Pan Seared Porkbelly featuring Channel Marker mustard, pickled blueberries, and peaches, or grab one of our sticky lemongrass Bao Buns. Then dive into new dinner favorites like the grilled Brined Chicken Leg and Thigh with jalapeño apple chutney, cucumber salad, and crispy smashed salt potatoes, or cool down with the Chilled Ginger Lemongrass Noodles tossed with fresh vegetables and bold summer flavor.

We are welcoming summer with a fresh new menu and a fresh face in the kitchen. As we transition from spring into summer, we’re excited to introduce Executive Chef AJ Barr, who brings a creative, modern approach to the dishes you’ll see on our updated Summer Menu starting TONIGHT!

Chef Barr is already putting his signature on the lineup, including new items that thoughtfully incorporate craft beer from Wood Boat Brewery, our sister location. His focus on bold flavors, local inspiration, and smart pairings adds a fun new dimension to the dining experience.

We also want to extend a sincere Thank You to Chef Christian Ives for his talent, dedication, and the impact he’s had on Channel Marker 243. We’re grateful for his time with us and wish him the very best at the incredible Christian and the Coyote Tacos & Tings at Coyote Moon Vineyards. **ZING ZING BABY!!**
