Hello good people!
It is I Stephen Ellis of 17South at Stephen Ellis Farms fame....
I am here sitting patiently, to pass some info and get things started on next plan.
First I want to thank Heath and Natalie for being great caretakers of the building and good name and wish them great happiness in their next endeavors.
Next, I will be trying to sell the restaurant building soon as we will not be trying to catch lightning again as I am old and cant run both the farm and this again.
I want to save the greenhouse and stand for Logan and Halles wonderfully flower business but there is no use in the main building sitting sad and unoccupied.

I personally think it would make a great stop for Amish of the Northern Neck to catch the traffic. But that would be up to them...It would be funny if they saw this on Facebook but I am sure the word can be spread
We won't give it away as I have some ideas, but it is 90% furnished as a restaurant if someone wanted to jump in by summer and retake the excitement it once enjoyed .
Plan on just selling the Building and inner parking lot as a block , but we are open to ideas from perspectives new owners
