It's nearly time to hang up our brooms and kick off our dancing boots!
What an incredibly busy season it's been for Monroe's Midnight Riders! We've traveled far and wide, visiting cities throughout Southeast Michigan, making memories, sharing laughter, and perhaps becoming just a little road-weary along the way!
We've just wrapped up our Grand Gala Fundraising Event in one of our favorite haunts, the Village of Carleton, Michigan. Our gracious co-hosts, at the Carleton Hotel Bar John and Lena Kaczmarek, step forward year after year to help make this annual event a success and, most importantly, a blessing for our chosen recipient. Your generosity and continued commitment mean more than words can express.
Of course, behind every successful event are countless hands, helping hearts, and many hours of hard work. There are so many details that go into bringing a little Midnight Riders magic to life, and we'd like to take a moment to recognize some very special people.
To the Village Council of Carleton Michigan: Thank you for your continued support and for welcoming us year after year.
To the Carleton Police Department: Thank you for keeping our whimsical witches safe and sound while under your watchful care. We appreciate you!
To our amazing "Flight Crew": From setups and sound checks to keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule, you are the behind-the-scenes magic that makes it all happen. We couldn't do it without you!
To the many event organizers who invited us to entertain in your cities: Thank you for opening your doors, welcoming our witches, and giving us the opportunity to share our little bit of magic with your communities. We enjoyed every minute!
And finally, to our friends, families, and supporters...
Where do we even begin? We are truly at a loss for words. We could never thank you enough for your unwavering encouragement, generosity, and continued support. Each and every one of you is an integral part of the magic that makes Monroe's Midnight Riders what it is.
As we prepare to hang up our brooms for a little while, we do so with full hearts, wonderful memories, and gratitude for every mile traveled and every smile shared.
