Sooner than Carla had hoped, they learned that a second baby would be joining their family in the spring of 2020. Amid the craziness of the Covid shutdown, a wee girl made her sweet appearance. Caring for two young children stretched Carla thin. She didn’t understand it then, but she was dealing with severe postpartum depression that left her floundering for many months.

Fall Iced Coffee with Pumpkin Creamer🍂

For the coffee:
• 1 cup iced coffee
• 1–2 tsp brown sugar
• Dash of cinnamon
• Dash of pumpkin spice

Stir together until the sugar dissolves, then pour over ice.

Pumpkin Creamer:
• 3 tbsp heavy cream
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
• Dash of pumpkin spice

Whisk or froth the pumpkin creamer until smooth and slightly fluffy. Pour over your iced coffee, give it a little swirl, and enjoy all the cozy, pumpkin-spice goodness. 🍂☕️🎃
