Mexico—a nation with 1/17th GDP of USA—is rolling out universal healthcare to its 130 million citizens.

Starting April 13, Mexicans 85+ will have access to universal healthcare. By January 2027, Mexico will expand universal healthcare to all people, with full coverage of drugs, lab tests, etc by 2030.

Reject the MAGA and Corporate Democrat lie that "we cannot afford universal healthcare." Truth is we cannot afford to continue exploiting health for profit.

A reminder that as Americans we pay double per capita for healthcare than every developed nation on Earth, AND have the lowest life expectancy. We're getting robbed and bled literally to death by the exploitative for profit system we have. We demand healthcare as a human right.

The Real Story Behind the Easter Rising – Numbers Don’t Lie

When we remember the Easter Rising, it’s easy to picture a grand revolution, but the actual numbers tell a story of courage against overwhelming odds.
• Participants: Around 1,200 Irish Volunteers, Irish Citizen Army members, and Cumann na mBan took part in Dublin.
• Duration: The Rising lasted six intense days, from April 24–29, 1916.
• Opposition: They faced a well-armed British force of over 16,000 soldiers, supported by artillery and naval guns.
• Casualties: Around 485 rebels and 260 civilians lost their lives, with thousands more injured.

On the surface, it was a military defeat. The rebels surrendered, key leaders were executed, and Dublin lay in ruins.

But here’s the paradox: that day became the spark of Irish freedom. The bravery of those who stood up in the GPO and other strongholds inspired a nation. Their actions transformed public opinion, strengthened the resolve for independence, and set in motion the events that led to the creation of the Irish Free State in 1922.

So when we honor the Easter Rising, we’re not just remembering a battle, we’re celebrating the beginning of a movement that would eventually win Ireland’s freedom. They may have lost the fight that week, but they ignited a fire that could never be extinguished.
