"What's included?" is the question we get most, so here is the whole answer. 📋

Venue. Catering, cooked in our own kitchen. Planning and production from first concept through the last box being loaded out. Tables, linens, glassware and rentals from our own inventory. Bartenders and service staff who work for us. Lighting, dance floor, setup, breakdown.

One team, one complete estimate, agreed before anything gets booked. Which means the number you see at the start is the number at the end.

Most people are comparing quotes that cover very different amounts of the day. It is worth asking every company on your list exactly what theirs includes, ours included.

The part nobody sees. 👀

By the time the first guest walks in, our crew has been on site for hours. Trucks unloaded, tables set, kitchen running, timeline checked twice. Every dish is made by our own chefs, in our own kitchen, and travels to wherever the event is.

That is the whole reason a Rincon event feels calm. Not because there is less to do, but because the same team is doing all of it.

If the holiday party has landed on your desk again, this one is for you. 🎄

Our holiday menu is open, and it works two ways. We can cater your party in full, with passed appetizers, stations and a crew who handle the room. Or we can deliver the whole spread in oven-ready containers with heating instructions, and you turn on the oven.

Provençal platters, chilled shrimp, sliders, spanakopita triangles. Tri tip with our Rincon pepper and herb rub. Potatoes au gratin with caramelized red onion and three cheeses. Handmade cookies, brownie bites and the Holiday Cookie Box, which doubles as a very easy client gift. 🍪

Events by Rincon has been named Best Caterer in the Santa Barbara Independent's Best Of Santa Barbara® 2026 Readers' Poll.

This one is not a panel or a jury. It is the people who live here, who have eaten at our events, danced at our venues and trusted us with the days that matter. That is the only vote we would ever want to win.

Ask anyone who has been to a Rincon event what they remember, and it is usually a plate. 🍽️

Whole roasted and grilled tri tip with our Rincon pepper and herb rub. Cedar plank salmon with new potatoes and broccolini bundles. Potatoes au gratin with caramelized red onion and three cheeses. The strawberry field salad people ask for by name. Brownie bites that disappear before dessert is announced.

All of it is made by our chefs in our own kitchen, and all of it travels to wherever your event is. Nothing is bought in and reheated.

Three very different rooms. The same people running them. ✨

Rincon Beach Club puts you on the sand in Carpinteria, with ceremony, cocktails and dinner all on one property. The Santa Barbara Zoo gives you hillside lawns, ocean views and a guest list that will not stop talking about it. MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation hands you a downtown rooftop and gallery floors, which is the one nobody sees coming.

Whichever you choose, the food comes out of our kitchen, the rentals come from our inventory, and the timeline is held by our coordinators. That is the part that makes the day feel effortless.

Every guest list has a few people who have been to many weddings. Santa Barbara Zoo is for them. A garden setting, ocean views, and surroundings that give cocktail hour something to talk about besides the seating chart. The venue holds a full bar license on-site and requires its own staff to serve, which is one more piece of compliance already handled rather than a list to work through.

Events by Rincon has produced celebrations here often enough to know where the load-in bottleneck is before anyone thinks to ask.
