Two years ago, we opened our doors with a vision of creating more than just a restaurant. We wanted to build a place where people could gather, celebrate, reconnect, and make memories over incredible food and genuine hospitality.
Today, we’re proud to celebrate 2 years of Carroll National.
Over the past two years, we’ve watched first dates turn into engagements, families gather around our tables, friendships grow stronger, business deals become partnerships, and countless birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones become unforgettable moments. Those memories are what make this place truly special.
We’ve poured our hearts into every detail: from continually refining our menu and crafting scratch-made dishes, to creating unique cocktails, memorable desserts, and experiences that keep guests coming back. We’ve also invested in making Carroll National better every day through renovations, improvements, and countless behind-the-scenes projects, all with one goal: giving our community a place they’re proud to call their own.
None of this would be possible without our incredible team. Every cook, server, bartender, dishwasher, manager, and employee- past and present- has left their mark on this restaurant. Your hard work, passion, and dedication have helped shape Carroll National into what it is today.
And to our guests, members, and community: thank you. Thank you for every meal shared, every celebration hosted, every recommendation made, and every time you’ve chosen to spend your time with us. Your support means more than words can express.
