What We've Learned | Episode 1
One of the biggest reasons Teafusion didn't relaunch for almost three years wasn't because we stopped believing in the dream.
It was because we couldn't find a commercial kitchen that fit our business.
After moving across the country, we toured several spaces and quickly realized that every kitchen isn't the right kitchen.
When we finally found one, it wasn't perfect.
But it met our needs.
Today, that same kitchen allows us to prep, brew, bottle, and store our handcrafted beverages while balancing full-time jobs, raising our family, and growing Teafusion one batch at a time.
One lesson we've learned:
Don't wait for perfect.
Find what works, build a system around it, and keep moving forward.
