Is it chili or is it ramen?

A rich, collagen packed pork stock is seasoned with tomato and chiles.

In the bowl sit some delightfully chewy udon noodles, topped with seasoned ground beef, a runny egg, then of course a mile high amount of tillamook extra sharp yellow cheddar and a pinch of diced red onion.

We’re calling it ::

The Sic’ Em is a frozen lychee vodka lemonade with a sweet strawberry puree that’s almost as good as a Dawgs victory!

Look at this thing of beauty!

A Half Hog's Head!

The hog's head is brined, then cooked low and slow overnight. To serve, we deep fry it in our tallow fryers until it's deliciously, mind blowingly crispy.

Then we give you everything you need to build an incredible taco: house made salsa verde and salsa roja, guacamole, sour cream, and all the fixin's.

Great for 2-3 people, we reckon.
