The Burning Log Rotisserie proudly serves meats cooked over open oak wood fire along with a variety of delectable sides. You will NOT be getting the traditional American barbecue when you dine with us or get take-out. Instead, you will receive a more crispy, caramelized, charred and intense flavored piece of meat. We utilize grates to grill our meats and rotating spits to cook our rotisserie chick

en without using a lid to control temperature. During this cooking method, the active flames are out in open-air and controlled only by the way they are moved and fed, versus radiant heat and smoke used to cook food when barbecuing.

Hello Everyone!!!! Please support The Parad-Ice Carthage . They are located in the same building spot we used to occupy in Carthage. Their grand opening was today and they have the best snow cones around!!!! They also serve Hershey’s ice cream and street corn you must try! 🤤🤤😋😋 They’ve been around for a while now serving surrounding areas in a food trailer The Parad-Ice, which they plan to continue to operate, and they are pretty well known to have some of the best snacks. Don’t hesitate and give them a try today! They close at 7:00 pm.
