Tangerine. A bright, sunny sorbet to end what has been a brutal week. Friends, our main gelato machine has a busted power inverter. We’re lucky to have a back-up machine but the batches have been small, y’all. We hope to be back to full production in a couple of weeks’ time, but please bear with us if your favorite flavor has run out. We promise to make more next week!

Have you been in to try our Pecan & Pumpkin Spice Caramel? We’ve been told it’s reminiscent of a nutty, spicy, cookie butter.
 
We get a lot of requests for nuts, especially Pistachio and Hazelnut. We love these nuts, of course, but we also think local nuts like Pecan absolutely shine in a gelato. 😘

We churn pecan butter into our fresh milk base and then drop gooey dollops of caramel laced with pumpkin spice. Friends, there is NO pumpkin in this flavor, but we don’t think you’ll miss it. This is Fall in a cup (or cone).

Made with our Labne (yogurt cheese) base, house made guava paste, and oat cookie crumbles, Guava Crumble brings me back to childhood summers drinking Goya Guava Nectar.
