From this point going forward Cascade Locks Ale House Extra Hot Horseradish will be simply CASCADE LOCKS EXTRA HOT HORSERADISH and will only be sold at this location until June first. I have sold the restaurant but NOT the horseradish recipe. Please call or text 541-645-5955 or email [email protected]
This will be the way to purchase and or have it shipped to you.

In the future, I will list all new retailers on both Facebook and Instagram on the page for the horseradish, I will tag it in this post

Welp……

After 12 ½ wild, wonderful, batsh*t crazy years, I’ve sold the restaurant. It’s been one hell of a ride—full of highs, lows, dumpster fires, belly laughs, and more coffee than any one human should ever consume.

To all my amazing customers: THANK YOU. Especially the locals who kept me alive during those long, cold winters (you’re the real MVPs) and the ones who brought the noise and the joy during the hot, chaotic summers. You showed up. You kept us going. You kept me sane(ish).

To the customers who turned into friends and the friends who became family—you made this place more than just a business. And to my rock, my ride-or-die, my partner in culinary crime—Mary—damn, I’m gonna miss you the most. You kept the wheels turning and my ass in check. (I needed it) This whole gig wouldn’t have been half as magical without you. I cant believe i didnt put this in the post to begin with but i can NOT forget my Sally Drew she has been my saving grace for 12 years now. You have got a friend in me for sire miss Sally. Love you bunches and bunches

It’s the end of an era, but what a f*cking good one it was.
