*Takes a deep breath* Yeah this is awkward, like I only really reach out to you guys when we have some delicious BBQ to share with you, but that’s how it is, it’s not you it’s us. I mean, we’ll let’s just change the subject. Subject being in Cascade locks, you know down by the water at the port of Cascade Locks.

Anyways, we’re gonna be there, and we’re loaded this year. I’m talking slow smoked brisket🤤, pulled pork, and ribs!! And I don’t have to mention it, but I’m going to…those famous Nachos!!!!!!!!!

We’ve listed serving times below, until we run out, we’re prepared to throw down some BBQ!!

FRIDAY, 2pm- until sold out
SATURDAY BREAKFAST BURRITOS, 0730-to sold out or noon. Then, at HIGH NOON we start dropping that BBQ until it’s gone!!!

Be ready, be hungry. We’ll be happy to see ya!!!!

Hello again, it’s us, yeah it’s been a while again but let’s not dwell on the absence 😂……. Come on out and see us this weekend August 20-21 at PCT days in cascade locks, we’ll be down at the port serving up some delicious Q. Come on out down to support a great local event.
Serving Friday night through Saturday night.

Trying something a little different this time so swing in for some breakfast Saturday morning.

Well “wipes brow” that escalated quickly!!! We sold out in under 3 hours, that’s a 4DG record!!! We want to thank the fine folks at Bigfoot Bash at Logtoberfest for having us out to be apart of their festival. We had a great time!!! We didnt get out to a lot of festivals this year but we want to remind you fine folks that we also offer catering for wedding, events and whatever else you can dream up, contact us on here or email us at [email protected]. Come on out to the Fire Fighters Fest at the Stevenson Waterfront to support our great volunteer fire fighters, enjoy some great drinks and of course try out some tasty food.
