We’re Skipping the Freezer! 🐔🔥

Our Kettle-Style Chicken Strips start with JUMBO Chicken Tenderloins, marinated in our house-made seasoning, dipped in our secret-recipe wet batter, and fried to a golden crisp in 100% Beef Tallow.

No frozen chicken. No pre-breaded strips. No shortcuts.

Just big, juicy pieces of chicken, made from scratch and served hot with your choice of sauce and side.

If you can find better fried chicken, please tell us where - so we can start eating there. 😂

Canned Mushrooms?!?! 🍄

Someone recently asked if we use canned mushrooms on our burgers.

We would NEVER do that to you. 😂

Our Mushroom Swiss Smash Burger is piled high with Cremini Mushrooms, braised and caramelized with Smoked Garlic Beef Tallow, Shallot, Chili Flake, Thyme, Honey, Vermouth, and Butter.

Is that a ridiculous amount of effort for a burger topping?

Maybe.

Why do we do it? Passion for the game - and because we believe even something as simple as a burger deserves REAL FOOD made with REAL INGREDIENTS.

Our Loaded Rice Bowl starts with a bed of Cilantro-Lime Rice, cooked in our house-made 24-hour chicken stock (sorry, Campbell’s). Then we pile it high with your favorite GR**GO protein, Chipotle Crema, Angel Hair Cabbage, Roasted Corn, Black Beans, Cotija Cheese, Guac, Pico, Onion & Cilantro, and your choice of Red or Green Salsa.
