We have been having phone issues all weekend, we apologize but please stop by and put in your order and we will get you in and out, some calls come through but some go to a Verizon message, we have contacted Mountain West and we are hoping to get it resolved, thanks.

Our pork pozole, soft tender pork lots of hominy with our spicy red broth , topped with fresh lettuce, lime onions and oregano!
Or how about some delicious birria ramen , soft noodles with generous portion of our amazing birria , topped with fresh asadero cheese, onions, cilantro!
We also will be serving our homemade birria plate large portions of birria with a bowl of consomé for dipping your tortillas!
