🚤 Big M Marina: Updates & Happenings (long message ahead)

Hello, Big M Marina Tenants!

We wanted to share a few updates and answer some common questions we've been receiving.

📧 Updated Contracts
You can expect to receive an email with your updated slip contract soon. Some of you may receive more than one version, so please be sure to select and review the most recent contract.

💳 Questions About Invoices?
If you have already paid your invoice in full, you do not owe anything further for the current contract period. Unless you receive an additional invoice, you're all set!

Going forward, all invoices will be sent via email and/or text message, so please make sure we have your current contact information on file.

🙏 Thank You for Your Patience
We know things may look a little different around the marina right now, and the store and restaurant aren't quite what they once were. However, we want you to know that behind the scenes, we're working as quickly as possible to bring the new Big M Marina to life.

These improvements take time, but we're excited about what's ahead and can't wait to share it with you.

Hey Table Rock Lake family! We're Matt and Tammy Zachary, and we just took ownership of Big M Marina — and we could not be more excited.

We may be new to Big M, but we are NOT new to this lake or this community. Many of you already know us. We own and operate Starkey Marina Marina on Beaver Lake in Arkansas, just a short drive south, and we have been part of the Branson restaurant scene for years. We know what it means to serve a community well, and we know what a great marina and a great dining experience should feel like. We're bringing all of that — and then some — right here to Big M.

And when we say family-owned, we mean it literally. We have seven wonderful adult children — six of whom work alongside us in our businesses every day — and five grandchildren who keep us reminded of exactly why places like this matter. We are a lake family, through and through, and Big M Marina is now part of our family story.

First things first: we are NOT absentee owners. We are here. In person. Boots on the ground. You'll see our faces, know our names, and always have a direct line to us. That's a promise.

We know Big M has had a rough go of it lately, and we know trust has to be rebuilt. We're ready for that challenge — and we're starting in a big way.

This fall, we're constructing a brand new ship store and a brand new restaurant right here on site, open and ready for you by next season. 🎉

But more than anything, we just want to show up for this community every single day. Listen to what you need. Fix what's broken. And make Big M the marina that Table Rock Lake deserves.
