This year, Buba OG was fortunate to receive a Resilient Food System Infrastructure equipment grant to support our business. One of the pieces of equipment is a cookie dough former. It took a while to arrive and we are just starting to test it out and optimize our manufacturing process.

If you have not been to - you are in for a treat! Beautifully curated wine and cheese and more shop in the building. Their ricotta is incredible and the freezer section, in addition to meats, cheeses, perhaps the best ice cream sammies ( ), you can now find Buba OG frozen cookie dough. Head there this weekend and enjoy the bread fair that is part of the Kneading Conference.
