Trying out some new ideas for our menu. Available this week - Peruvian Pollo Picante with plancha grilled chicken thighs, cilantro causa, red anticuchos sauce, corn, avocado and sesame seeds. A little heat, but oh so tasty!

Working on new menu items and playing with some ideas like our Negra Tataki - spiced sushi grade tuna, seared and served with a rich smoky sweet salsa negra, finished with pickled vegetables and micro greens. Special in Manna the week of November 13-17th.

Thank you for your overwhelming support of our new menu. In fact, you’ve been so supportive that we’ve essentially run out of food!

Every year in Castle Rock and surrounding areas, hundreds of people are diagnosed with cancer.
As our community grows, that number is projected to climb into the thousands. Yet, we do not have a facility in town equipped to treat them. Manna Restaurant and Castle Rock Adventist Hospital hosted fundraising events for the Rock of Hope campaign.
