I am thrilled to announce this new chapter in my life. After spending an entire summer deep in the woods hunting mushrooms, foraging, learning and reflecting… to find a new path that is literally the gateway to the magical forest of the Catskill Mountains… I couldn’t be more excited to be back in the kitchen in a new place that already feels like home.
