We had a great first night of the Polk County Fair before the storm rolled on in!!

-regular pulled pork nachos toppings PLUS baked beans (a whole side order worth) and a drizzle of habenero honey mustard. We sent several of these bad boys out the window tonight! 😛

We're getting quite a few questions on if we will have ribs tomorrow and when. We will have ribs for both lunch and supper until we run out. That being said, if your wanting to purchase 3 or more racks please message us so we can try to make sure we bring enough.
