For us, serving Cuban red bean soup is sharing a piece of home. 🇨🇺❤️

It reminds us of family gathered around the table, the smell of beans simmering in the kitchen, and the love that goes into a homemade meal. As Cubans, bringing those flavors to your table is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do.

Every bowl of our potaje de frijoles colorados shares a little of our roots, our memories, and our Cuba with you. 🥣✨

🇨🇺 WE’RE OPEN TODAY! ❤️

We sincerely apologize to everyone who stopped by over the past two days and found us closed. An unexpected personal matter required us to temporarily close, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

As we shared in our earlier post, we also had several catering orders scheduled. Thanks to my hardworking team, every catering order was fulfilled during those two days. I’m so grateful for their dedication and support.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to check on us, and for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our family-run restaurant.

Our doors are open, your favorite Cuban dishes are ready, and we look forward to welcoming you back!

With love,
Tamara & the Havana’s Cuisine family

We’ll reopen tomorrow October 2nd!

🇨🇺 Authenticity starts in our kitchen.

At Havana’s Cuisine, we cook with the flavors we grew up with—the sofrito, the slow-cooked ropa vieja, the comforting arroz y frijoles. These dishes carry memories of family tables, shared meals, and home.

Sharing our Cuban food with St. Louis means sharing a little of who we are. Come hungry. Leave feeling like family. ❤️
