DAVES DINER IN CERES, NY is for sale by owners, Scott & Julie Matthews

It is a turn key business with soft serve ice cream machine, generator - everything you need to get your dream diner/restauarant/ice cream stand/pizza & wings or anything you want!

We have a full 2 bedroom apartment upstairs that you can live in or rent out (not fully furnished). You need your own furniture, refrigerator, washer & dryer.

Available as of November 1, 2024.

The address is 9475 Portville Ceres Road, Ceres, NY 14770

We have options. We would like to sell as an entire sale first (building and all equipment with everything you need to get diner started and running fully - this is our #1 option)!

If this doesn’t sell as a whole entity we will look at selling equipment separately at a later date (not the option we would like).

You will need a promissory letter (letter stating you are able to get a loan & have the down payment) from your bank sent to our bank in order to get a walk through. Serious inquiries only! I can get more pictures to send or post soon to anyone interested.

We miss our customers but are too tired to continue running a business ❤️

We tried The Hungry B***o food truck today parked in Olean by Lincoln Park where The Farmers Market is! They are there until 2 pm today…..Go give them a try….it’s worth it 😆

This will be the LAST WEEK OPENED as Dave’s Diner……we have exciting news soon

Our hours this week

Monday 8 am to 1 pm
Tuesday 8 am to 1 pm
Wednesday 8 am to 1 pm
Closed Thursday
Friday 8 am to 7 pm * Fish & seafood specials you will NOT be want to miss!

Saturday - our very last day we will open at 8 am…..

Come say goodbye and let’s exchange phone numbers to keep in touch. We are not moving from the area….just gonna go into a soft retirement after getting the diner through the Covid restrictions and shutdowns…..there is gonna be some good things happening here soon with younger management and a new name!
