We appreciate everyone’s understanding and look forward to gathering again next month. The cozy menu planned for tonight will simply have to wait until our next Book Club evening. ❤️

Today is such a special and emotional day for our Tea House family. ❤️

Many of you know our Kylie — my niece, my right hand, and one of the biggest hearts behind The Talking Teacup since day one. Today, she graduated from college with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, along with a minor in Data Analytics, and will officially begin her new career in July as an Operating Room Nurse. We could not be more proud of her. 🎓

Last night at her nursing award ceremony, Kylie received the Theresa Healy-Miller Award for Excellence in Clinical Courses — an incredible honor that reflects her compassion, dedication, and hard work throughout nursing school. 🩺✨

Over the years, Kylie completed clinical rotations at several local hospitals, volunteered with Girls on the Run, coached high school girls basketball, completed research involving deep learning in disease detection through her Data Analytics studies… and while doing all of that, she was also here at The Talking Teacup serving guests, helping in the kitchen, baking, prepping, running food, and doing whatever needed to be done.

She is one of the hardest workers I know.

Kylie has brought laughter, energy, creativity, and so much love into our kitchen over the years. She made even the busiest weekends fun, and so many memories inside these walls include her smile, her hard work, and probably a little dancing in the kitchen too. 💕

While she’ll still be with us through June before our summer break — and hopes to return to help during our fall and holiday seasons — this marks the beginning of an amazing new chapter in her life.

So many of our guests have watched her grow up here at the Tea House, and I know many of you will want to join us in congratulating her on this incredible accomplishment.

We are beyond proud of you, Kylie.

A look back at our recent Bridgerton-inspired tea experience inside The Talking Teacup.

For one evening, our tea house was transformed with cascading florals, garden-inspired details, and beautifully decorated tables as guests enjoyed a thoughtfully curated multi-course tea experience paired with our signature tea blends.

Many guests arrived in their finest Bridgerton-inspired attire and masks, adding such a fun and elegant touch to the evening. I even dressed for the occasion alongside a few of our lovely guests.

From delicate salads and savory bites to warm scones, desserts, and beautifully blended teas, every detail was thoughtfully prepared to create a truly special experience.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so memorable.

Happy Mother’s Day

Today we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, daughters, friends, and all the women who fill our lives with love, comfort, strength, and warmth.

A Little Update from The Talking Teacup 🫖✨

Unfortunately, we have decided to cancel Café Days for the summer.

We truly hoped we could bring in something new and different, but after our recent trial weekend, we realized the café concept simply was not financially feasible for us at this time with the rising costs involved in bringing in an entirely separate menu and service style.

For now, we need to stay focused on the traditional tea experience that so many of you know and love.

For the month of June, please be sure to check our reservations page carefully so you know which experience is being offered on each date. Some dates will feature our traditional scheduled tea seatings, while others may feature special events such as our Luau Tea Experience.

However, we ARE trying something new on June 5th, 6th & 7th!

For those dates, we will be offering flexible pick-your-own-time reservations instead of set seating times.
