Unfortunately, tomorrow night's forecast of 90%+ precipitation has led us to cancel RCFN's. I know, I know.... we are just as disappointed!

But the GOOD NEWS is that the KIDS' TRACTOR PULL and PETTING ZOO have been rescheduled for next Friday, June 28th!!

SouthernDakota Q smoked 16 briskets over the last couple days giving me 112 lbs of finished product of which 88 lbs are spoken for.
I have 5 more cases to smoke but taking a break to hangout with two of my grandsons this weekend.
Next feed is May 5th & 6th…lunch for the 200th Engineer Company .

Held at AmericInn in Chamberlain. Feast time 6pm.
They requested Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork, Hickory Smoked BBQ Chicken, SouthernDakota Q Peach Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw. Pink Lemonade, Ice Tea, Lemon Water. All they need to bring is their appetite. SouthernDakota Q will provide everything else.
