We know many people have questions about the recent Cyclospora concerns involving produce. Please know that we are taking extra precautions in our kitchen. Most of the produce featured on this week's menu is cooked, and all produce is thoroughly washed in a vinegar-water solution before preparation. We also grow our own herbs.
