Chef Dinner update!!

Monday April 6th will be a little more special as we welcome our friend and guest Chef Christian Evans. Jacob and Christian will join forces to help create another amazing event here in the heart of our great town. This is a reservation only event and we only have a few spots left. CHRISTIAN EVANS - CHEF
Chef Christian Evans grew up in the culinary industry in his native Vermont working in several small boutique restaurants throughout the Green Mountain State. "My family was in the business and I've been working in the kitchen since I learned to walk.".
Christian is committed to food and service that is classically driven, placing an emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients and scratch cooking.
After perfecting his trade for more than 24 years in top restaurants in Maryland (Stone Manor Inn, Middletown), Virginia (The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm, Lovettsville) and West Virginia (The Country Inn at Berkeley Springs), and Hollywood casino overseeing all restaurant outlets and management of all culinary team members.
Christian's culinary skills have been highlighted in Sante Magazine, Gourmet and Bon Appetite as well as the Washington Post, Frederick News Post, Loudoun Magazine and Virginia Living. When he's not in the kitchen, he can be found tending to his garden and applying his personal interest in farm-to-table cooking throughout the tristate area.

Bistro 71 opens again today for lunch and dinner. Tomorrow we will only be open for our NYE Chef Dinner (Sold Out).

Friday we will reopen with our regular schedule and our winter menu will begin on Tuesday January 6th.
