Hi all! Despite all the recent big changes happening at the shop, we were able to roast two new coffees in at the shop!

☕️ Gabriel Wagner (Brazil): a medium roast that's more milk chocolatey and nutty flavor in notes

☕️ Half & Full (Blend #4): a half caff blend between Columbia and El Salvador that has a mix of tropical fruits and chocolate with a hint of mint notes

Thank you for your patience with the new hours. I know y'all been asking for it and It's been on our mind to do this a while back (since the new years) but it was difficult to implement, mainly hiring more people and deciding how to do it well. Hopefully y'all will enjoy the new hours!!
