Watson's is a fine-casual chicken shack and bar, specializing in fried and rotisserie style chicken, but more specifically the Nashville Hot Chicken. This delectable chicken is supplemented with our house made biscuits and pie, seasonal sides, and our chef-driven appetizers and specials. To help wash down this tasty food we have hand selected a multitude of craft beers and spirits--not to mention
our creative cocktail and slushy concoctions are not to be over looked. And, for the night owls out there, we will be featuring live performances from local and aspiring musicians in the bluegrass, blues, funk, country, folk & Americana genres. By capitalizing on the national food trend towards a more sustainable and transparent food system, we hope to contribute to our local food-ways by supporting regional agriculture, educating our consumers about sustainable farm practices, and provide an example by which affordable food can be made with higher standards of quality and integrity.
