Our Strawberry Pistachio Salad is on the lunch menu and honestly feels like summer in a bowl 🍓
Made with strawberry, pistachio, cucumber, fennel, pea shoots, sorrel, mint, white balsamic vinaigrette, and aquachile.

Lunch at Char Blu is served Thursday through Sunday from open to 4pm🍸
Take a long lunch, grab a cocktail, meet a friend, or just give yourself an excuse to stop by!

Live music by the river starts TONIGHT!!

The Mississippi Crossings Summer Series kicks off tonight right next door to Char Blu at the Outdoor Performance Area! Belle Modeen starts at 6pm, followed by Clay Barker at 7:30pm.

Make a night of it and stop by Char Blu before, during, or after the show 🍸

Our patio will be open, cocktails will be flowing, dinner will be served, and our walk up bar and concessions will also be open during the concert!

Come enjoy dinner, grab a drink, listen to live music, and spend your evening along the river with us 🥂

Summer nights by the river start THIS Thursday!!

The Mississippi Crossings Summer Series kicks off May 28th with free live music from Clay Barker at the Outdoor Performance Area right next door to Char Blu! Music starts at 6pm.

Come to Char Blu for dinner or drinks before the show, then stop by our walk-up bar and concessions during the concert 🍸🎶
