FAQ: What the heck is a Papa Loca? 🥔🤪

“Papa Loca” literally means crazy potato, and ours definitely lives up to the name.

It starts with a baked potato, then we load it up Backyard Taco style with your choice of meat and all the good stuff. Basically, it’s a potato that decided being a side dish wasn’t enough. 😎
