Our story
French Me LLC, a Gourmet French Fry Food Truck, serving up some crazy different fries including Smoke Pulled Pork, Crab, Kimchi, Blackened Cajun Shrimp, and our famous Outbreak Zombie fries...... You will want more.... Polish it off with some S’mores or Sweet Potato Fries for dessert.
All of our meats are marinated and cooked with MyHappyPalate LLC seasonings. Our Aioli sauces and Dry Rub Seasonings are also made from MyHappyPalate LLC seasonings. MyHappyPalate is a local spice company that has been in the east valley. They offer an all natural, no additives, no fillers and low in sodium seasonings. Take a bottle home as they are sold on our truck.
About the owner: I love to cook since I was a little girl. I found that was still the same as I grew up. I love people too, so I am blending both worlds together. As the owner, I want to interact with my customers and be able to cook them up a yummy meal. I hope to see you soon and say hi.
