A Heartfelt Thank You and Goodbye, Chandler ❤️
To our friends, customers, and neighbors,
After many long nights of thought and prayer, we’ve made the very difficult and painful decision to close this Real Kabob location in Chandler.
This is not how we imagined things would end here.
When we opened, our goal was simple: to bring fresh, clean, flame-grilled Persian food to the Chandler community and create a place filled with warmth, family, and good food made with love.
Like so many small businesses, we’ve been hit hard by the current economy. Costs have gone up, people are spending less, and recovery after the summer has been slower than expected. On top of that, the Loop 202 on-ramps and off-ramps on Arizona Avenue have been closed over the past 4 months, making it much harder for customers to reach us.
The combination of these challenges has made it impossible to continue operating here.
Even with all of that, we are proud of what we built. This restaurant became a proof of concept for what Real Kabob stands for and what is possible when food, family, and heart come together.
We are incredibly grateful to every person who supported us, shared a meal with us, or told a friend about us.
You gave this dream life, and your kindness kept us going even in the hardest moments.
While we are closing these doors, we are not finished. We plan to take what we have learned, rebuild, and come back stronger when the time is right.
Thank you, Chandler, for believing in us and for being part of our story. You will always have a special place in our hearts.
