We’re back! We are so excited to welcome everyone back to the Club as if we never left.

As one of the first spaces you see when you walk through our doors, our lobby has become a favorite for so many. It is a place to relax, play a game of chess, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, or treat yourself to one of our complimentary pastries. It is where new friendships begin, old friends reconnect, and lasting memories are made.

Being closed this week has us dreaming about our return, and we can’t wait to welcome you back on Tuesday, July 7th!

In the meantime, we’re reminiscing about these delicious roast beef sandwiches from one of our recent Chef’s Table lunches. Our Chef’s Table menu changes daily, with fresh, handcrafted dishes created by our talented culinary team, so there’s always something new to enjoy.

Tender salmon is coated in a sweet and smoky harissa honey glaze then served over fluffy herbed pearl couscous. It is paired with a colorful medley of roasted spring vegetables, crisp cucumbers, and creamy feta, all brought together with a tangy yogurt sauce for a bright cooling finish. Each bite balances heat, sweetness, freshness, and richness, making it both satisfying and light enough for warm weather dining.
