Cream of king trumpet mushroom soup topped with parsley pumpkin seed pesto

Vegetable fritto misto (fried vegetables) with basil aioli with crispy capers and herbs

Goat cheese and thyme ravioli topped with rapini and a spicy tomato broth

Cider glazed pork belly over parsnip potato puree, with crispy onions and tarragon jus

Lavender cheesecake with meyer lemon curd
