Have you had a chance to try our Brown Butter Caramel Corn flavor this spring?

We now have the Poppy Hand-Crafted Popcorn Salted Caramel popcorn used in that ice cream available for sale in store - in both standard and snack size bags!

You can find it for sale in the store alongside Spicewalla spices and Chapel Hill Toffee - all ingredients from local NC businesses that we use in our ice cream!

Happy Mother's Day from all of us at Chapel Chill!

I was lucky to get to scoop alongside both daughters this afternoon! And we also got to see my mom for a lovely lunch earlier in the day.

It was amazing to see so many of you this weekend!

We had a team meeting today! We try to gather our full team every few months to put our heads together about things we can do differently and fun ideas for the future as well. Our scoopers are holding a clue about a future collaboration! We also enjoyed a great breakfast from Brandwein’s!

Happy Small Business Week!

We are proud to be part of the Chapel Hill small business community and love that the Town has given us stickers to pass out to celebrate shopping small this small business week! Stop in this week to get one!

Save the date - we've got several specials for Cinco de Mayo next week!

We'll have Ice Cream Nachos available just for one day on Cinco de Mayo (Tuesday, May 5th, 12-9pm). Your choice of 3 mini scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, waffle cone "chips", whipped cream and sprinkles. A vegan option will be available!

And then dropping May 5th and available until we run out, we'll have Churro Ice Cream!!! Brown butter cinnamon ice cream with cinnamon sugar churros and a chocolate swirl (contains: milk, wheat, eggs). We made 2 batches (9 pans) so we should have it available for several days!

In honor of the The Savannah Bananas coming to Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill we're doing Banana Splits for one weekend only (all day on April 11th and 12th)!

One scoop each of our vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream, topped with whipped cream, pineapple, chocolate and strawberry sauces, and (dye-free) maraschino cherries! And a banana, of course!
