Meet Sydney Dixon, one of the talented chefs behind the XO Brasserie kitchen!

For the past four months, Sydney has been bringing passion, creativity, and care to every service. His favorite dishes? It's a tough choice between our Chow Fun and Half Duck Plate—two standout favorites. What Sydney loves most about XO is being part of a team that genuinely cares about their craft and is always striving to create an exceptional experience for every guest. To him, it's the little details that make XO Brasserie different, because those details are what turn a great meal into a memorable one.

When he's not in the kitchen, you'll find Sydney drawing, watching cartoons, chatting with his little brother, or singing in the shower (because who doesn't?).

The dish features chicken marinated in chili oil and ginger tea soy. Twice-fried and served on a Silk Road milk bread bun with Doubijian aioli and a fennel napa slaw tossed in citrus plum sauce.

The sandwich will be $10 and Sichuan seasoned fries as an add-on for $3.

Introducing our new “Red Lantern Bird” chicken special available starting tomorrow, July 1 at the bar.

The dish features thigh meat marinated in chili oil and ginger tea soy. It is twice-fried and served on a Silk Road milk bread bun with Doubijian aioli and a fennel napa slaw tossed in citrus plum sauce.
