Rwanda implemented a national coffee strategy near the turn of the millennium which has aided in producing consistently high scoring specialty coffee, which now consists of 50% of all coffee exports. this has been a favorite since we began roasting it a few months ago.
~ 85pts. bourbon, rubyiro village.
~ flash chilled, nitrogen infused. hot/iced pour over.
~ citrus aromas. cherry, stone-fruit & buttery cocoa. silky, creamy body.
