Chimichurri sauce is one of our favorite ways to dress up grilled meats. Originally from Argentina, it’s a herbal purée made with parsley, lemon, garlic, olive oil and select spices. We love this version from River Wave Foods - keep a jar in your fridge and add it to your next grilled steak, chicken or even fish!

We offer a featured menu each week, or you can choose a cut from our Butcher Counter and we'll prepare a Custom Grilled Dinner. Not only will you enjoy a delicious meal - you'll be helping us give back to a featured local charity!

Braised Pork Belly - with gouda grits, roasted brussels sprouts and shiitake mushrooms, finished with apple au jus + Chocolate Budino with espresso cream for dessert.
