A quintessentially Southern wedding dinner for Lauren and Chris, tucked under the oaks in peak Charleston spring.

The meal began with a Fried Green Tomato Salad with arugula, crumbled goat cheese, pickled pepper, cornbread croutons, and balsamic reduction.

Followed by a choice between:
• Shrimp & Grits with Tasso Ham Cream,
• Pecan-Encrusted Chicken Breast with Bourbon Maple Mustard Sauce,
• Potato Encrusted Salmon with Smoked Tomato Beurre Blanc,
• and Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Porcini Cream Sauce.
