We’re a women-owned, Oaxacan-inspired restaurant in Charleston’s Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, known for great tacos, strong margaritas, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in being part of a tight-knit team, and brings positive energy to every shift. If you love tacos, margaritas, and working alongside an energetic crew that supports each other, you’ll fit right in.
This role is hands-on and well-rounded — you’ll help with prep, work the line, assist with dishes, and support wherever needed to keep service running smoothly. Our food is approachable and straightforward, and we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What We’re Looking For:
Prior kitchen experience required (2+ years preferred)
Knife skills and ability to execute consistently in a high-volume environment
Desire to learn traditional Mexican techniques and ingredients
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
Team-oriented mindset and respect for kitchen systems
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items with consistency and precision
Assist with daily prep, including sauces and specialty items
Maintain a clean, organized station
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Support the team to ensure smooth service

7-8 hour shifts (preferably 4 - 11 PM each shift) 4 shifts a week
