Cirsea Serve your senses. Unique ice cream, gelato and sorbetto flavor combinations made with enthusiasm an We are passionate about food that challenges the senses.

So in the summer of 2008, we started experimenting with unexpected ice cream flavor combinations. After a few years of trial and error, we landed on some really wild ideas. At least we thought so. We had no idea our eclectic recipes would be such a hit. So we took our little passion project and packaged it. Cirsea, serve your senses! – The Cirsea Family

Party Schmear

Having a little fun with an easy party plate idea. I got some (the spreadable kind), made a dime shape balls on the plate, pulled it with the back of the spoon to spread it. Grated some lemon zest, topped with smoked salmon, sprinkled pinch of salt, pepper, chopped dill and togarashi. VOILA! delicious!

The sweet version, I topped with raspberry, drilled honey, lemon zest and cupped pistachio. Enjoy! 😊

Creme brûlée
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean split and scrapped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 yolks
Mix yolks and sugar, set aside. Bring cream, vanilla and salt to simmer. Slowly add to yolk mixture, little by little, while whisking the mixture until all combined. Pour into 4 baking ramekins. Bake at 325 F for 40 min. Viola. Happy weekend!

Good morning! It’s a cold day out and I woke up craving hot chocolate. It only took 5 mins. Here is what I used in case you are bored at home on a snow day!

1 1/2 cup of any milk
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder (optional)
1/8 teaspoon of salt (optional)
2-4 tablespoons of honey
3/4 cup of chocolate chips (I like it creamy and thick)
Bring to simmer on medium low heat, until the chocolate melt and thickens and viola! Top with whipped cream and chocolate powder.
