After 15 years in business, we've decided to take a new direction.
Looking at the 2026 season, we will be offering a vegan and gluten free only menu. Vegetable based brisket, pork, ribs and chicken. Don't worry, we will also be offering bowls of ice and bags of hot smoke as well.
