The Asbury Modern Southern dining at The Dunhill Hotel in uptown Charlotte In 1929, the Charlotte architect designed what is now The Dunhill Hotel.

The Asbury restaurant, nestled in the lobby of the city’s only historic boutique hotel, is named in honor of Louis Asbury, Sr. Today, our modern Southern restaurant honors the past, celebrates the seasons, and looks forward with celebrated chef Tim Groody at the helm.
